How SmartQB collects, uses and protects information associated with our services.

SmartQB may collect information supplied during registration or use of the service, including name, email address, contact number, city/state, academic board, class/standard, login details, selected products, orders, payment references and learning-resource access information.
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide educational services, process and reconcile orders, activate purchased resources, provide customer support, maintain security, improve the platform and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Payments may be processed through authorised payment service providers. SmartQB should not request or store a student's UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or payment OTP. Payment providers may process transaction information under their own privacy and security practices.
SmartQB may use cookies, sessions and necessary technical information to maintain login state, remember permitted preferences, secure the website and support normal website functionality.
Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website, host services, process payments, deliver learning services, communicate with users or comply with lawful requirements. SmartQB does not sell personal information as a business model.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect account and transaction information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should protect their passwords and devices.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for account administration, educational service delivery, transaction records, support, security, legal and accounting purposes.
SmartQB is an educational service and may be used by school-age students. Where a parent or guardian is required by applicable law or by the nature of the service, account creation, purchase and use should be supervised or authorised by that parent or guardian.
